There's this story from earlier in the year.

"As an active-duty Officer in the United States Army, I have grave concerns about the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the Office of President of the United States," Lt. Scott Easterling wrote in a letter to attorney Orly Taitz.
Now there's another soldier contesting orders.

U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, set to deploy to Afghanistan, says he shouldn’t have to go.
His reason?
Barack Obama was never eligible to be president because he wasn’t born in the United States.
And the result of that...

U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, the reserve soldier who says he shouldn't have to go to Afghanistan because he believes Barack Obama was never eligible to be president, has had his deployment orders revoked, Army officials said.
Some points of interest here...
1) I've never seen an update on the first soldier.
2) Both soldiers are officers
3) The story with the update revoked the order instead of showing proof of President Obama's citizenship
And some questions...
1) Should all other soldiers file the same lawsuit?
2) If they did would that mean all orders to serve in Iraq or Afghanistan would be revoked?
3) Would that then end both wars?
